Hot usage:
Add 1 to 2 heaped tablespoons to 200ml of Hot Water or Milk as preferred.

Cold usage:
Mix 1 to 2 heaped tablespoons with 40ml Hot Water and then add cold milk/ice cream or ice cubes to taste.

For some spice add some cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon or chilli powder

For the adults…..

To wake up – replace some milk with regular brewed coffee

To feel sleepy, add a glug of whiskey, Kahlua
