Hot usage:
Mix 25g of powder with 180ml of steamed milk or hot water (not boiling)

Cold usage:
Blend of 25g of powder with 300ml milk and pour over a 350ml glass of ice.

For some spice add some cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon or chilli powder

For the adults…
To wake up – replace some milk with regular brewed coffee
To feel sleepy, add a glug of whiskey, Kahlua
